Christopher Gent
Co-Head, Mergers and
Acqusitions
Chris is co-founder of Green Sail Capital Partners and based in Boston. He possesses over 15 years of investment banking and financial industry experience. Before Green Sail, Chris helped LPL Financial develop a large transaction M&A advisory practice. While at LPL, Chris ran the top producing M&A advisory team at the firm, breaking records in both total transaction value and revenue multiples achieved. Prior to LPL, Chris worked for Tully & Holland, a boutique investment bank focused on significant transactions in the consumer industry. Chris started his career at State Street Bank working on the Wells Fargo and Wachovia Securities merger before moving on to MFS Investment Management where he worked on the trading floor before attending business school. Chris holds his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College and an MBA from Boston College where he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.
Ryan Kaminski

Ryan is co-founder of Green Sail Capital Partners and based in Chicago. He possesses over 7 years of investment banking and M&A advisory experience. Before Green Sail, Ryan worked for LPL Financial as an inaugural member of its sell-side advisory services offering. Ryan started his career in Omaha where he worked for Bridgepoint Investment Banking, gaining widespread exposure to capital raise and sell-side M&A engagements across a variety of industries. Cumulatively, Ryan has advised on over $1 billion worth of transaction origination and execution. Ryan holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Financial Analysis from Creighton University where he graduated summa cum laude.
